These Terms of Use ("Terms") are provided by VibeCut, publisher of the VibeCut service, accessible at https://vibecut.net
These Terms govern the use of the platform, including the automated video publishing feature on TikTok via the official TikTok API.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all of these Terms.

VibeCut is an automation platform that turns a Twitch channel's best moments into vertical videos and publishes them to the user's own social accounts - with zero editing and zero technical skills.
Once your social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and your Twitch channel are connected, VibeCut then:
Note: Nothing is published without your approval, unless you explicitly enable Autopilot. No manual uploads, editing, or recording required.
Videos published via VibeCut are not considered sponsored or commercial content, unless explicitly declared by the user.
The Service only relays public content through a technical process - it does not act as a content creator or advertiser.
Daily publishing time slots are 3 on Free and Pro, 5 on Creator. Slots are optional: you may fill only some of them, and unused slots are simply skipped. Slots are not cumulative from one day to the next.
If a subscription is downgraded or cancelled, the followed channels and publishing slots exceeding the new plan's limits are removed automatically, keeping the ones configured first.
The Service requires connecting your TikTok account through the official TikTok OAuth system.
This connection allows VibeCut to:
VibeCut does not access private data without consent and fully complies with TikTok's developer policies.
The Service does not comment, follow, or like on your behalf. Only video posting is automated.
You may revoke this access at any time in your TikTok account settings.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 15 years old to use the Service. Accounts created by unauthorized minors may be suspended or deleted.
By using VibeCut, you agree to:
You remain responsible for content posted on your own TikTok account - even when posted automatically via VibeCut.
Important: You acknowledge that third-party content (like Twitch clips) may have its own usage rules, and that you bear the consequences of any infringement.
Make sure you respect copyright and the terms of Twitch and TikTok.
If you no longer wish to use VibeCut, you can disconnect or delete your account at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share them.
In case of abuse (e.g., multiple free accounts, plan bypass, excessive usage), VibeCut may suspend or terminate your access without notice.
Videos are generated from public Twitch clips and automatically processed by our system.
By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to:

We never mislead viewers or impersonate the original creators. All content remains credited to its original source.
VibeCut is just a relay tool, not a content author.
The platform's code, design, logo, algorithms, and all other components are the exclusive property of VibeCut, protected by intellectual property law.

The Service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability, performance, or success.
VibeCut is not liable for:
We are not responsible for changes in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Twitch that affect Service performance.
Financial Liability: In case of dispute, VibeCut's financial liability is limited to the last three (3) months of paid subscription.
VibeCut uses the official APIs of TikTok, Instagram (Meta) and YouTube (Google) for its publishing and automation features, and connects to Twitch to source your clips.
By connecting an account and using our Service, you also agree to the terms of the relevant platform, including TikTok's Terms, the Meta Platform Terms and the YouTube API Services Terms. Publishing to YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta / Instagram, Google / YouTube or Twitch.
Using these platforms remains your responsibility, under their own rules.
Important: You must ensure your use of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch complies with their terms and policies.
VibeCut runs a partner program in which a creator may share a personal referral link. Visiting such a link stores a first-party vc_ref cookie in your browser for 30 days, which applies the partner discount automatically at checkout. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Partner commission is owed only on subscription payments that are actually collected and not refunded or charged back, and is paid against a valid invoice from a registered business.
We may cancel a referral attribution, a discount or a commission obtained through fraud, self-referral, unsolicited messaging, or any promotion that fails to disclose its commercial nature as required by French law of 9 June 2023. We may modify or end the program with reasonable notice; changes do not affect commission already earned.
At any time, you can:

Deleting your account will permanently erase your Service data, unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms are governed by French law and European regulations.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
