1. Introduction

Welcome to VibeCut.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are provided by VibeCut, publisher of the VibeCut service, accessible at https://vibecut.net

These Terms govern the use of the platform, including the automated video publishing feature on TikTok via the official TikTok API.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all of these Terms.

2. Service Description

VibeCut is an automation platform that allows any user to automatically post videos on their own TikTok account — with zero editing and zero technical skills.

Once your TikTok account is connected, you select the streamers you want to support.

VibeCut then:

  • retrieves their best public Twitch clips,
  • edits them (vertical format, subtitles, transitions, layout...),
  • and automatically publishes the final result to your TikTok at set times.

Note: You become a visibility booster for the streamers you love — no manual uploads, editing, or recording required.

Videos published via VibeCut are not considered sponsored or commercial content, unless explicitly declared by the user.

The Service only relays public content through a technical process — it does not act as a content creator or advertiser.

Available plans:

  • VibeCut Free: free for 7 days, no credit card required, no renewal.
  • VibeCut Pro: Connect you tiktok accounts, 3 videos per day per account.

Users may select up to 3 fixed daily publishing time slots. These are not cumulative from one day to the next.

3. Login and Authorizations

The Service requires connecting your TikTok account through the official TikTok OAuth system.

This connection allows VibeCut to:

  • access some public data from your account (username, user ID),
  • and publish content on your behalf.

VibeCut does not access private data without consent and fully complies with TikTok's developer policies.

The Service does not comment, follow, or like on your behalf. Only video posting is automated.

You may revoke this access at any time in your TikTok account settings.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 15 years old to use the Service. Accounts created by unauthorized minors may be suspended or deleted.

4. User Responsibilities

By using VibeCut, you agree to:

  • use only TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to use,
  • not misuse the Service to bypass TikTok's rules or publish inappropriate content,
  • follow local laws and TikTok's own terms of use.

You remain responsible for content posted on your own TikTok account — even when posted automatically via VibeCut.

Important: You acknowledge that third-party content (like Twitch clips) may have its own usage rules, and that you bear the consequences of any infringement.

Make sure you respect copyright and the terms of Twitch and TikTok.

If you no longer wish to use VibeCut, you can disconnect or delete your account at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share them.

In case of abuse (e.g., multiple free accounts, plan bypass, excessive usage), VibeCut may suspend or terminate your access without notice.

5. Content and Rights

Videos are generated from public Twitch clips and automatically processed by our system.

  • You do not own the Twitch clips used.
  • VibeCut does not claim any rights on your TikTok account or its content.

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to:

  • use the clips of your selected streamers,
  • transform them for TikTok (formatting, subtitles, transitions...),
  • and post them to your TikTok account.

This license is strictly limited to operating the Service.

We never mislead viewers or impersonate the original creators. All content remains credited to its original source.

VibeCut is just a relay tool, not a content author.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform's code, design, logo, algorithms, and all other components are the exclusive property of VibeCut, protected by intellectual property law.

It is forbidden to:

  • copy, modify or reuse parts of the platform,
  • access non-public platform areas,
  • use unauthorized bots or scripts.

Violations may result in legal or criminal proceedings.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability, performance, or success.

VibeCut is not liable for:

  • video deletions or sanctions by TikTok,
  • loss of visibility, data, or audience,
  • service disruptions or outages.

We are not responsible for changes in TikTok or Twitch that affect Service performance.

Financial Liability: In case of dispute, VibeCut's financial liability is limited to the last three (3) months of paid subscription.

8. Third-Party Services

VibeCut uses TikTok's official API for its automation features.

By using our Service, you also agree to TikTok's terms.

We are not affiliated with TikTok or Twitch.

Using these platforms remains your responsibility, under their own rules.

Important: You must ensure your use of TikTok and Twitch complies with their terms and policies.

9. Termination

At any time, you can:

  • turn off automatic publishing,
  • revoke TikTok access,
  • or delete your VibeCut account via our support team.

We may suspend or delete your access in case of rule violation.

Deleting your account will permanently erase your Service data, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law and European regulations.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
